다운받은 영화를 보면 컴이 다운되고 파란창에 이런글이 뜸니다

제컴사양은 xp 고 지난2월경 컴이 하도 느려서 동생이 포멧하고나서 계속이런현상이 (영화볼때마다) 이러납니다 .

혹시 그래픽 드라이브 롤백을 해보라고해서 해봤는데도 안되네요

부탁드립니다   왜자꾸 이러는지 전 도무지 모르겠어요
