The old home town looks the sameAs I

 step down from the trainAnd there 

to meet me is my Mama and PapaAnd down

 the road I look and there runs MaryHair

 of gold and lips like cherries It's good

열차에서 내려서 보니 고향 마을의 모습은 

예전 그대로인듯 하구나그곳엔 나를 마중나오신 

어머니와 아버지가 계시고길 아래쪽에선

 금발 머리와 앵두빛 입술의 메리가 뛰어오고

 있네고향의 푸른 잔디의 느낌은 

이렇게 좋은 걸....

그래,모두 나를 만나러 오겠지팔을 

뻗어 안으며 맑게 웃어주겠지 ...

고향의 푸른 잔디의 느낌은 너무나 좋구나



The old house is still standingThough

 the paint is cracked and dryAnd there's 

that old oak tree that I used to 

play onDown the lane I walk with my 

sweet MaryHair of gold and lips like 

cherriesIt's good to touch the green

비록 칠은 갈라지고 색은 바랬지만 

내가 살던 옛집도 그대로 있고내가 

올라가 놀곤했던 그 오크나무도 그대로 

있네금발 머리와 앵두빛 입술의 내사랑

 메리와 오솔길을 함께 걸으니...

고향의 푸른 잔디의 느낌은 너무도 좋구나....



Then I awake and look around meAt 

four grey walls that surround meAnd 

I realize that I was only dreamingFor

 there's a guard and there's a sad 

old PadreArm in arm,we'll walk at 

daybreakAgain,I'll touch the green 

green grass of home



문득 정신이 들어 주위를 둘러보니나를 

둘러싸고 있는것은 4개의 회색 담장뿐..

그제서야 나는 내가 단지 꿈을 꾸고 

있었음을 깨달았다네..왜냐하면 

그곳엔 간수와 슬픈 얼굴의 신부가 서

 있었기 때문이라오팔짱을 끼고 우린 

새벽길을 걸을 것이고...

나는 다시 한 번 고향의 푸른 

잔디를 느끼게 될것입니다..
